Rotary Pipe Cutter
These pipe cutters come with various capacities and are popular with pipe fabrication companies, they are usually used in conjunction with tangential threading machines.
Chamfermate Chamfering Machine
Used in large volume stud, bolt and pipe applications.
Markmate Marking Machine
Used to mark both or one end of studbolts.

Purpose Built Tagging Machine
Tagging reduces the diameter of the end of a bar ( usually stainless) in order for it to be Drawn.
Tangential thread cutting
Tangential thread cutting is still very popular today because of the high production speed, indeed it is possible to thread a 6" (150mm) Bar, or 8"(200mm) pipe in just one pass. (see Video clips)
CNC carbide tip machines require several passes to achieve the same results.
Chasers can be reground many times giving excellent tool life. They are manufactured from High Speed Steel and are relatively inexpensive.
